Candle Care Guide
Make the most of every burn.
Candles are meant to create calm, spark joy, and create a beautiful scent for your space, but they burn best with a little care. Follow these instructions to get the longest, cleanest and most beautiful burn from your Laughing Flame Candle.
For optimal burn, please follow safety and burning instructions:
⚠️ Trim the wick to ¼” before lighting
⚠️ Only burn on level, heat resistant surfaces
⚠️ Keep lit candles in view & never leave lit candles unattended
⚠️ Keep candles away from children & pets
⚠️ Do not burn continuously for more than 4 hours
⚠️ Keep lit candles away from drafts & flammable materials
⚠️ Extinguish if the flame is flickering repeatedly; Trim then relight
⚠️ Melted wax may not reach edges on the first few burns; this is normal for coconut wax
⚠️ Lit candles are very hot so never touch the candle container
When the candle reaches 1/2" of wax remaining, it's time to retire the flame. Our jars are reusable, so clean them up and repurpose them! Here are some ideas:
